You really don't need to devote too much practice to KO's if you have a kicker who can put it out of the end zone every time or at least "most" of the time. Unfortunately, we don't have a kicker who can do that, so maybe McVay should start to devote more time to it.

Lowman is a liability plain and simple. Hope he doesn't have to be relied on to kick a game winner or even to make all his XP's to help us win a game.
