Yes it sure did seem like when Everett fumbled it changed the momentum of the game my sons felt that way too . Our Rams had just went down the field and scored then got a stop on Defense and who knows maybe we could have been on the way for another drive and score. If that happened the Giants might have sagged and thought here we go again. But yes the fumble by Everett gave them hope. Football is a game of momentum. I remember last yr vs the Seabags ( 1st Game) Goff was driving our Rams down the field late in the 4th Qt and he hit Everett perfectly somewhere around midfield and the ball went right thru Everetts hands and it was picked. It seemed at the time that was going to be it for our Rams but the Defense got a huge stop and forced the seabags to punt we got the ball inside their 20 with no timeouts and like 58 secs left. So Goff drives us down the field again only for GZ to miss the 44 yd GW FG. GO RAMS !
