A turnover in the NFL is one of, if not the biggest momentum changer in the league.
The Gerald Everett fumble gave the NYG new life and changed the dynamics of the game assuming the Rams were going to score on that drive.
If the Rams score a TD on that drive, the NYG's probably lose a lot of their fight and the game ends with a double digit victory.
