McVay’s playcalling.
Both Offensive and Defensive gameplanning.
Player execution (one of my favorites)
Giants staff picked up on Ram ‘tells’ And were prepared accordingly.
Giants benefitted from back-to-back games against similar O’s in 49ers and Rams.
After early game Ram dominance, Giant coaches adjusted superbly and Rams coaches never counter adjusted well.
Underdogs played for pride against superior team and almost pulled it off.
Something else that we haven’t yet thought of.
Pick one. Or pick some combo, if you like. I just dunno...
But I do know this. Everybody should be doing some soul searching right about now. A critical game that shoulda been a blowout was allowed to become a cliffhanger on the Rams home field. PLENTY of blame to go around.
I expect everybody to get their respective acts together PDQ and do a helluva lot better job vs the ‘Team from Washington’.
