You can tell by the rotation that the Rams aren't satisfied with the OLB position opposite Floyd. I suspect unless Obo picks it up, Polite might get more reps on passing downs. Of course, the issue is if he is able to cover, because OLBs can't be only rushers on passing downs.

I suspect they are just trying to hold down the fort until Lewis returns. They seemed almost giddy about this kid in training camp (Aldon Smith, the sequel?).
