That's almost 30 rating points. Pretty unlucky for Goff who played a more than solid game.

... to underline a related point I've ben sounding lately: some QB's regularly get chances to throw those goalline TD passes; Goff does not. Brees, Brady, Manning .. they have a LOT of sub-5-yd TD passes on their resumes. Manning, in particular, would ALWAYS call his own number down close. Whether Goff gets to throw for a 2-yd score or Brown runs for it doesn't matter at all for team success, but matters greatly for Goff's rating. Seems like a major glitch in the rating system.
