Lewis has the potential to be a game changer in time. But..... to think that as a rookie he's going to walk in and start impacting the game is much too optimistic and sets expectations too high. He's got a lot to learn about playing in the NFL that only playing time will help.
Naturally, as excited as the Rams coaches are about him, they expect him to contribute. But if I have to place a money bet, I bet he's not the Aaron Donald of OLBs, nor is he Kalil Mack..... or the 2nd coming of Aldon Smith. At least not early on. He missed too many games at Alabama to have developed as much as he could have. Right now what he has is mostly raw ability.
Gonna need patience.
