Agreed. It's been a week since he hurt the knee - I would be stunned if they didn't know what the problem was by now. By Wednesday it'll be at least 9 days since he hurt it!!
My guess is they're trying to gauge how quickly he's recovering and project when he'll be ready to play, and then make a call on keeping him active or putting him on the shelf.
