I'm not sure I fully understand ownership and management of that team. Mr. Khan is supposed to be such an enlightened guy (probably never belonged in the NFL good ol' boy club in the first place). Then they bring in a 100 year old general manager whose time has passed and simply cannot fathom the new NFL or the Millennial players (even though in years past he indeed was a good HC). And then they sign guys high and then throw away some of the best players in the league. Why? And these guys seem to NEVER want to play for that team if they have a choice.

Anybody got an answer? They started out so darn good.
