Jourdan said she's not allowed to report on specific plays and formations that the Rams are using during practice.

She did however hint that the Rams are carrying on from where they left off last year and would not be surprised if they kept an extra tight end at the expense of a wide receiver.

So she's basically telling us without putting it directly into print that we are using less 3wr sets and more 2te sets. Simple.
