is that Sean McVay did all of this with full intention.... He wanted the Rams to create better situational football, partly dues to the 3rd and long conversions that Wade's defense gave up. Wanted to fix special teams with a no-longer-reliable kicker. Decided to go a different way for all coordinator roles. That is what the article should be focusing on, instead of the easy path of Cooks/Gurley > Van Jefferson/Akers, plus the loss of Fowler/Littleton/Peters so the Rams must be worse off.
I like the fact that this Rams team has McVay's stamp on it. I do think we will be better next year, but to forecast a 6-10 season based on minutia and not even considering MxVay's intention and method of change is simply shortsighted. We all see the difference and warmly embrace the potential of this season and more.
I'm drinking the koolaid for sure. But I'd have it no other way! 10-6 or 11-5 is my call this year, as McVay "wills" us to 1st place in the NFC West.
