Your interpretation of 'personal' and mine are obviously miles apart. i took not a word you replied as 'personal', and I certainly did not intend to impart anything personal in reply..

Lets take the first issue listed... as example. Yeah, I got you. VERY close to my opinion... but in your reply you seem to imply that 'board consensus' is otherwise than what I stated... and HEY, could be... but you gave no reason for that, only your opinion that I am perhaps reading board consensus wrong... which, could very well be true. The disagreement is NOT with me.. that is YOU taking it personal. It's with how I see board consensus. - JamesJM
