McVay. The list of coaches who operate at his level are few in number. Just watching tonight's Hard Knocks episode the quality of the work between the Rams' offense and the Chargers' offense... I mean it's night and day.

So even though the Rams might have made mistakes this offseason with the roster (and I think they have) having an elite coach like McVay buys you a little more room for error. I really think he's that good.
