Boom and Allen were seen hitting the sleds without knee braces. That could be significant evidence of Boom’s rehab progress.
McVay said long ago that he expected Boom to participate in camp practices. I know some have predicted that Boom might not be ready to play until midseason, but I’ve long suspected that he might be ready early on if Whit should falter. Boom is a huge insurance policy at LOT.
