That makes a lot of sense. The Rams wouldn't have enough capital to trade up for a special left tackle, even if trading up was less expensive than normal. I like the Rams scouting dept. chances of nailing this situation. They place a high premium on character and intangibles, which I think will be even more important if there's no 2020 game film.
