What that video shows is what you get with virtually every qb when the OL is in disarray. Brady and Wilson excepted (though that wasn't always true for them either.)
Goff played with a problem OL in most of 2019 and that had an effect (because it virtually always does). That's the point of the video and it makes it well IMO.
You look at examples from 2018 because he did not have an OL in disarray in 2018. That gives you a clearer picture of his basic raw talent.
Though the video could have drawn examples of Goff playing well from
the end of 2019 too, when the OL stabilized a bit in the last 5 games.
To me, always, like always, not factoring in the effects of a collapsed OL is THE blindspot in qb analysis, and that includes many fans and even some professional analysts.
