Jared Goff needs to play a lot better. He was the 23 ranked QB in football last year. That's not where we want him to be

His performance against the Steelers was incredibly bad in a game where he had a run game and couldn't make a single to help the Rams win

That has to change... no more performances like he had in 2018 Detroit, Bears, Eagles, SB (Pats) and last year Cowboys, Steelers, 1st 49ers etc...

He needs to be way more consistent and stop disappearing completely in games... and I am extremely concerned that the lack of organized work is going to impact him adversely. He needs the work

"stop disappearing completely"? You make it sound like that happens all the time.

Of course he needs to improve and he WILL. He is very young. Nobody said he was perfect or couldn't improve. The kid has had MANY more good to great games than he has bad IMO.
