how many big-time throws did he make against the Steelers? Cowboys? 49ers in SF? Ravens? Heck the Browns
Jared Goff needs to play a lot better. He was the 23 ranked QB in football last year. That's not where we want him to be
His performance against the Steelers was incredibly bad in a game where he had a run game and couldn't make a single to help the Rams win
That has to change... no more performances like he had in 2018 Detroit, Bears, Eagles, SB (Pats) and last year Cowboys, Steelers, 1st 49ers etc...
He needs to be way more consistent and stop disappearing completely in games... and I am extremely concerned that the lack of organized work is going to impact him adversely. He needs the work
He actually played well vs Niners in week 16 in SF, but yes he had some stinkers here and there.... but he is far from the only QB to have bad days....it's going to happen to the best of them.
You can look up any QB you want, Brady, Rodgers, Wilson, etc and find many bad games by all of them...they are human and aren't going to be perfect or great every game and sometimes the defense gets some credit ...so I wouldn't expect it from a young QB like Goff to be perfect or great in every game, it would be nice, but it just isn't going to happen.. the good news is is he's had much more good days then bad days and is still one of the winningest QB since 2017 and we've all seen what he can do when he has protection...Light it up
