Also on Robey-Coleman: he signed a 1 year, $1.35M with the Eagles. It appears the NFL in general didn't think NRC was all that. And if the Rams wanted to keep him they would have had to pick up his $4.5M option for this season. It seems like it would have been a bad business decision to pay NRC more than three times what he was worth.
