McVay needs to ask Pace when the team should practice and what the stadium should look like...who they should sign as a FA or draft...
please run it by Mr Pace asap and see if it's okay.

btw - I don't think any numbers should ever be retired....no man is above the game....imo
Besides, most team greats have their bust in Canton...what more do they need?!
The arrogance of that kinda attitude is waaay too much....and tells alot about a fella's character
and what they "need" in order for their feelings to not be hurt.
