who can cover, I'd expect him to rush less and cover more of the two.

Just a guess.

Fowler was the "rush" linebacker
Ebukam was more of the "Floyd" type some cover, some blitz
Matthews at that stage was more rush but did a lot of that stand up thing

I think Floyd and Ebukam will be the guys who sometimes rush and sometimes cover and will fight it out for that spot

I think the rookie and Obo will fight it out for Fowler's spot

that seems to fit their skill sets
