Should be able to recoup a chunk of the lost pick collateral.
Also the Rams have some players they can move... Hav, Everette, Reynolds, Woods, etc.
Yeah, that's been what I think they may do. Up then down.
As for players, I don't think they will help much for various reasons. I doubt Hav has enough value to do anything significant given his salary. Everett the Rams have plans for still and I'd guess his value in draft picks is around a 5th. That won't do much. Reynolds probably has less value than that. I doubt any of these three have even a 4th round value.
Woods probably has some value but the Rams need him. That would be a step backwards for what?
Well let's say they move up for a wideout they want. That means he replaces either Reynolds or Woody if they are part of the trade-up collateral.
Or let's say they move up for Jones to solve their LT conundrum. That means moving Hav isn't quite as bad, as Jones factors into the depth chart for OT in 2020.
Some of the other positions I don't see them moving up. Edge has guys I like into round 3 (I love Anae in particular). So does RB and Center no way they move up for either of those.
But LT is a picky thing where the team wants to get it right. And just IMO at least there's a bigger dropoff from the guys on the board right now at wideout vs the round 3 types.
