Without a spectacular WR crew.
The only winning seasons were Bruce, Holt, Hakim, etc and Cooks, Woods, Kupp I guess they went to the playoffs in 2003 and 2004 without Hakim but they brought in Curtis I believe for one of those years.
When Hakim left the Rams dropped off a little bit.
Get that speed WR to be respected so Woods and Kupp can do their thing!
This goes back to 1990 that when the Rams didn't have the great WR crew they didn't win. actually we are at 30 years now.
