He's not small he's short. Like Maurice Jones-Drew, who was 5-7, 210. Short with a thick frame means he can combine balance and some power with burst. Leverage. Compact, dense body.
Austin was 5-7, 179. Not the same thing.
CEH is 5-7, 207. He has 27 pounds on Austin.
As one write-up says of CEH, he's a "Compact, sudden back who runs low to the ground with power and balance to break tackles."
