You may get your wish the Rams won't draft CEH, as he will probably be gone before the Rams select at #52. He would be one scary sight in KC, but apparently everyone has him linked to Tampa at #45.
If CEH is off the board at #52 and J.K. Dobbins is still on the board, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to draft Dobbins at #52. Both RB`s are home run picks IMO. CEH is just a personal favorite of mine, but love Dobbins as well.
