The TAMPA BAY BUCS?????? At Chicago, they lost 38 to 28 after blowing a 28 to 17 3rd qtr lead. In Tampa, the Bears won but trailed 12 to 3 in the 3rd qtr. Impressive considering the Bears STEAMROLLED much better teams.
