We all pretty much agree that a quality WR will be added in this draft.
But how about this ‘what if’ question?
What if Snead/McVay aren’t necessarily looking for a speed burner replacement for Cooks? Not looking for a ‘take the top off the D type WR?
What if they’re more interested in a route runner that has great hands and can get consistent separation? A real ankle breaker? I mean, isn’t that a helluva lot more valuable than pure 4.3 speed?
Are such WR’s lurking there and possibly in Snead’s sights? And, more importantly, can they be taken a bit lower in the draft? If so, wouldn’t that be huge?
I would really appreciate feedback on this, particularly from draft gurus.
