While the coaches and players may well be in a low-risk group the reason they've cancelled the visits is to help slow the spread of the virus.
Even if the Rams believe that their coaches and players would not be severely affected if they contracted the virus the real risk is not knowing who they would in turn infect. People are contagious before they show symptoms, and some people never even show symptoms and yet can still infect other people.
All of the cancellations that are taking place are intended to slow the spread of the disease so medical institutions aren't overwhelmed with an immediate spike in cases. A million cases of coronavirus spread over 20 weeks doesn't have the same impact as a million cases the 3rd week in March.
