It would be great to bring Bortles back, I believe he offers the ability to stretch the defense with his legs and might be able to run the Raven scheme they use under Lamar Jackson. So maybe because of that scheme another team will give him a chance. If Bortles move on, IMO, Wolford will get a chance and the Rams will draft a QB late too IMHO.
