This article seems to state as fact that Bortles is already gone. I hadn't heard anything about that. Or is this writer just assuming as much? Using the premise of the article, that there is a glut of QB's out there to be had, just where is Bortles going to get a shot? IMO, he's a lot better off re-signing and rolling the dice on getting some playing time in a good offense rather than going to a team that is in re-build mode and he's just a placeholder until a draft pick gets up to speed. If he even gets that kind of opportunity.
