I say this with the full understanding that Staley is coming in and making changes. But last year let's just remember that Hager and Reeder combined played 369 snaps (23/game). Whatever Staley does this is very likely still a part-time role we're talking about that is far less of a "starter" than Robey-Coleman is (44+ snaps/game). And it's fewer snaps than even Christian played (371).

They need a two-down, short yardage guy to play 20-25 snaps per game. I think Kiser can be that for them.
