I get what you mean... but to me at the end of the day I typically think of Rams' offseasons as trying to upgrade your bottom 3-5 positions. And that ILB was one of them. Could Kiser be a noticeable upgrade over Hager/Reeder? I think he could. And given their salary cap and draft limitations I would much rather invest in the spots in front of him and give him 2020 to prove or disprove what he can be.
