Yes I think Kroenke has cash but it doesn't have to be 700 M---how much do you need a year just for the Rams? He owns serveral sports teams. He has to be very conscious of cash flow. More than most.
And--again. Why is the union asking that this rule be rescinded? If there;s no reason for rescinding it? Which is the whole point of the discussion.
