Well I have to disagree. There are teams that cannot afford the escrow on guaranteed money.
That;s why the union is complaining.
If you eliminate the escrow requirement, they argue, there would be more guaranteed money.
The union would not be opposing the escrow requirement unless it were a real hindrance, which apparently it is.
