I must say....I don't know what happened with this.....

but MPeters was not used well, or did not do well personally, or whatever...on defense and it just bugged the hell outta me.

I loved Peters in college and at KC and saw him as a really good Man CB and was stoked we got him for a 2nd rounder from KC.
Then, he disappeared for us. Now, I do not know defense at all...but there was something that Wade or somebody or Peters...I dunno...but something happened and Peters was non-existent for us. Talib too in a way. Peters was NOT the same player I had watched for years when he was with us. Then we traded him and Ramsey came in and played quietly for us. I was getting afraid that we were gonna lose Ramsey like we lost Peters in the way they used those players....I dunno.

Both CBs just seemed very avg playing for us in Wade's scheme. I have no idea what it was...but when Peters went to the Ravens he was like a different player.
I have no clue as to why....but am afraid Ramsey would disappear too...and at a huge price in picks & $$.

I pray our new DC let's/gets Ramsey play his game(Ramsey's, I sayin...so he won't disappear like Peters did).

I wonder if McVay noticed or thought that too? Or if any of ya'll noticed our defense was where MAN CBs came to die and be ordinary....but then, Williams played well and so did Hill at times...Long too for a bit. I'm just soooo confused at how we could have such great Man CBs and have them play really ordinary when they are on OUR team. lol

any thots on this, fellas?
