Goff isn’t going to be anything special, but if Flacco and Eli can win a SB so can Goff.
I'd say the numbers show that Goff is a little bit behind Wentz, Dak, Cousins, and Ryan. While those guys do need things around them to be good in order to win, Goff collapses a little bit more than them when conditions are not ideal.
His overall numbers in less than ideal conditions are more akin to Carr and Garoppolo and when honing in specifically on under pressure numbers, they are much worse than all of the above listed QBs.
On your last line, I agree it's possible but it's rare.
