One could argue that pressures allowed are more important than sacks. In fact, I've heard Wade and Greg Williams when he was the DC here say exactly that.
The Titans are tied for the 6th fewest pressures allowed at 141.
The Rams OTOH are the 7th worst team in that category at 206.
The Rams have been improving. Earlier in the year, they were the 2nd worst team in pressures allowed.
But I'm not sure who says the Titans have a good OL. It's not ranked highly by FO or PFF.
They can run block. Even when everyone knows it's coming. They're 8th in rushing yards and 6th in yards per rush attempt. And this has allowed them to win games against the likes of Cleveland, Atlanta, Jagz, and Raiders. Teams ranked in the 20s on defense (though Cleveland is 16th.)
