So you would honestly make the argument that the Rams OL, until recently, actually was functioning well? Not even the Rams themselves would say that.

No one thought that. Literally no one. Pro-Goff, anti-Goff, pro-Rams, anti-Rams...no one watched the early games and thought the Rams OL was playing well.
You also said in the same breath that the Titans ran the ball well and yet do not have a functional OL? (?) How is that possible? They are the one team in the history of the NFL where the running game did not require blocking?
BTW in the last 3 games, the Titans are 3rd in the league in running play percentage. In thise games they are one of the few teams that has run the ball more the 50% of the time. Last 3 games, they ran the ball a higher percentage of the time than either SF or Seattle did.
