I like McVay. In fact, I was the very first person to suggest McVay as a potential HC candidate once it was obvious Fisher was never going to be long term in LA.
I also suggested Shannahan, a college guy or 2 and, (don't laugh) Jim Bob Cooter. So no, I don't think McVay is overrated. I was just saying its easy to score with a loaded offense. And that we can't always count on having that (like right now) and that McVay is going to have to adjust and quickly. I have never once said McVay is overrated. Fisher was overrated.
As far as Snead goes, I think he gets more credit then he deserves, mostly because of these giant trades he keeps pulling off, but his time with Fisher was meh, and now with McVay he has had his fair share of swing and misses. I wouldn't say over rated, but maybe a little overhyped? Does that even make sense? IDK.
