a known quantity (seat owner).....but I'm afraid they don't want to dismiss anyone...they want the place full.....so although they may want more RAM fans there is strictly a semblance of understanding you. If the seat is full and paid for is their real interest. I think something could be done....they could put a cash limit on the resale of the ticket like they do with scalping.....they could put it at 5 dollars over the actual value.....if a guy is only going to make 10-20 bucks they may keep it for themselves?
