I agree that they do mean well and actually recognize the problem. However, to those who think the Rams should do something about people reselling their tickets I say: "like what" ? People pay for something of value, they get it, and you expect a 3rd party (Rams) to say you can't sell what you own.? I would like to know how they prevent those who paid $250 for all the games with a caveat of "you can't transfer" them.
Its just a matter of property rights. You either own it or you don't.
If other teams actually control the transfer of tickets I would be interested in how they enforce it? Personal identification?
I buy tickets from an agency for particular games I want to see so I'm buying then from their owner. Are we to put out of business all ticket agencies? What if the original ownership belongs to a 49er fan that lives here and likes to go to professional football games? Would a Ram fan be able to purchase their tickets?
It just might be an anomaly here in So Cal.
