If the seat is full and paid for is their real interest. I think something could be done....they could put a cash limit on the resale of the ticket like they do with scalping.....they could put it at 5 dollars over the actual value.....if a guy is only going to make 10-20 bucks they may keep it for themselves?

Put up security at the entrances which demands to know what team you're loyal to?
You act like they could do something about it but won't.
But...there IS nothing they can do about it.
You can't control what happens to a ticket after it has been purchased. There is no practical or legal way your resale proposal could ever work.
If your car dealer announced that there was a resale amount limit on your car, what could possibly cause you to abide by it?
