If that's true how do they know the original holder has simply given his ticket to someone else-maybe he can't go and gives his ticket to a neighbor fan of another team. Even if a season ticket holder and you get sick how can they determine you sold your ticket or simply allowed a family member use it. I see some serious enforcement issues. I've asked my nephew (Bronco fan) in Denver if they actually do that there. Interesting stuff.
