first - I am very familiar King and how he just regurgitates
However - he wasn't doing that here... he was very thoughtful in his approach in terms of relaying the info
Now I don't have to agree with everything he said to appreciate how he laid out his story/argument
Whether you agreed or not with everything is a different conversation altogether.
And not being able to hold on to Kupp who as it stands right now a slot WR is not a stretch or preposterous at all
You are simply too attached to see it.... unless he becomes a 1 the Rams will not be resigning him and the market almost ensures that he will have options to go elsewhere and get paid and be a 1.
That's how that will work and you should know that. Now Ram81 yeah I know he doesn't get it but you? I'm shocked

King has great connections. He can talk to Demoff and Kroenke and Polian and other big names, so he has an advantage over other guys who know a lot more about the Rams.
Still, he does provide stuff that we cant get from others like the connection between the guys in our FO.
Heres where King misses.
He doesn't get football stuff like the value of Ramsey to the Rams hope in a playoff run. Remember how Amari Cooper burnt us in the playoff game last year? Remember how Thielen burnt us in Minny 2 years ago? And how about DAdams of the Packers? These are all guys who Ramsey will shut down. And that will make a huge difference in beating those teams once we get to the playoffs. I guess someone needs to tell King that cause he cant figure it out for himself.
And his statement that the Rams may let Kupp go is preposterous. Barring injury there is a zero chance that McVay lets Kupp go. What that does show is how shallow King's understanding of the Rams is.
