He's made a lot of money in 8 years so while he won't come cheap he may not be necessarily looking for top dollar regardless of location. His best seasons were 2013 and 2017. To me he's always been one of those 'good not great' players and maybe he wants to see things through, into the new stadium, etc. I'm sure the team is waiting to see how the rest of the season plays out with him. He's not yet 29 years old so keeping him for two more years would seem like a safe bet. But not at $11M/year.
I would think you could get someone to do what Brockers does for a much cheaper price. Nice player, nothing special, especially considering where he was drafted.
