Your list makes me sad. The only players you show up keeping are career backups or players who are starting out of desperation. It would be a huge talent drain and trying to replace experienced talent with rookies won't cut it. Most rookies can't just walk in and start playing in their first year; look at Gaines and Henderson thus far. Both are non factors.
