The original graph and all comments concerning its meaning have to do with a series of below avg. games (5 of 8). (Actually it's 6 of 9 if you count game 1 2019, which Max actually did).
It says NOTHING to claim that all qbs trend down across a season. No one would go out of their way to comment on that.
WHAT MATTERS IS THE INCONSISTENCY, meaning the number of games that are below average.
THAT IS THE ENTIRE POINT.
Ignore that and you're the one having a completely different conversation.
The original conversation was about a tendency to play below average games across a certain stretch.
Again you can refuse to discuss that if you want but that refusal in itself does not make the facts go away.
