not sure i would call it a reach cuz he basically went where he was projected to go by many observers (even those who doubted his talent). imo hes also not quite a "bust" as he is in the league and starting i guess (although his job seems a a bit tenuous given that he was cut and resigned. "bad decision" does seem to appropriate as it def was not a good decision. ultimately i wold classify the GRob pick as poor return on investment. they clearly did not get what they were expecting in making him the 2nd overall pick.
