And to me there is a price for using the same look all the time. Especially when it narrows the front that the defense needs to defend. I think it gets harder and harder to open space within the narrow boundaries of that double wing.
I dunno about 2 TEs. Maybe. But I don't want to get narrow again. I'm not even sure the heavy diet of 11 personnel was the problem. I just want some spacing.
In the NBA, one of the most crucial requirements for good offense is for the 5 guys to maintain their spacing. I think it's true in the NFL as well. McVay proved you can do a lot from a narrow set, but there's a reason people space things out wide.

My biggest thing is that we became predictable and defenses began to sit on what we do.
