ILB doesn't have the competition OLB has shown. They kept 5 ILBs last year with 5 OLBs, but this year there will be at least one fewer ILBs to make room for another edge. So if we presume 4 it's hard to imagine he doesn't make the cut. Littleton > Hager > Howard > Allen. Easy.

And Allen is going to end up jumping Hager sooner vice later. He is more instinctive and more physical.
